Walang basagan ng favorite!
My friend lametably uttered the words as I confidently predict Filipinos probably denying his Pinoy Big Brother favorite “Mickey” the title of “Big Winner.” And to amount to that, I would wear a very evil smile while I pinpoint who’s going and who’s staying. My secret? I would usually place my bet to whom I feel worthy of the mass’s delight, notwithstanding whether I like contestant or not (o siguro talagang may panlasa lang akong pang-masa…oooh). The funny thing is I could even foretell results in some American reality show. Last American Idol 5, I foresaw Americans sending home Sway Penala, and I particularly had this premonition of seeing Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks topping the show. Just recently, without a doubt, I knew AJ Tabaldo would not be “Feeling Good” about his Top 10 Guys performance in American Idol 6. And, well, the conflict is whoever I knew would lose is actually my friend’s bet in the show, thus his words “babasagin mo na naman ang favorite ko!” He thought it’s my prediction that is denying all his favorites of the win. Bwahahaha!
